When an animal rescuer arrived in Beirut after the 4 August explosion, she soon met Arrow, a dog who was tied up outdoors in the hot sun with no food, no water, and only a hole he’d dug under a metal shed for shelter. His life changed when his owner agreed to find him a new home.
