PETA Asia Investigation: Workers Stab Ducks in the Neck With a Knife, Hack Off Their Legs

A horrifying new PETA Asia investigation into Vietnam’s down industry reveals what really happens to ducks whose down comes with the deceptive label “Responsible Down Standard” (RDS). Footage shows a worker stabbing conscious ducks in the neck and other workers cutting the legs off live struggling birds. Their feathers were later sold to brands as “responsibly sourced.”

GAP Inc., Guess, H&M, and other brands are profiting from this horrific abuse. See the investigative video for yourself then take action for ducks: investigations.peta.org/vietnam-responsible-down/.
