Nicholas is a 5-yr-old steer Animal Place rescued on Christmas day. He was tied up outside an apartment complex at a day-old with no food or water. Lucky for him, he is living out his life at the sanctuary.

Male dairy calves have little value to dairy farmers – they don’t produce milk.
