Animal Equality and Público reveal the cruelty of the chicken meat industry in Spain.

Animal Equality presents with Público ‘Fábricas de Carne’ a report that documents the cruelty of the rapid growth that chickens suffer.

After visiting the same farm during the different stages of the animals’ development, the international animal protection organisation and the digital newspaper expose the extreme suffering they suffer. The chickens live crowded together in an unbreathable air, with their bellies burned by the lack of cleanliness. Many collapse and die when they cannot reach the feeders.
